Peter Schoemann

Peter Schoemann is a partner of Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and partnership tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and the negotiation of joint venture agreements for real estate transactions. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida (status of CPA license is inactive). Prior to practicing law, Peter clerked for the Honorable Carolyn P. Chiechi of the United States Tax Court. He earned a Bachelors and Masters in Accounting, a Juris Doctor, and an LLM in Tax, all at the University of Florida.
