This is a beginner-level adaptive Judo class led by Sensei Mike Ogata from Orlando Budokan Judo offered on Monday evenings at a NEW location in Kissimmee! Unlike other martial arts, Judo focuses on self-control, respect for self and others, self-discipline, and is not an aggressive sport. A PALS Facilitator supports Sensei Mike and his students by providing additional 1:1 support where needed by modeling positions, providing reinforcement, redirection, and de-escalation, if needed.
