No Limits is the CARD/PALS program for adults with significant autism. Parents/Caregivers are welcome.

No Limits provides adults with high support needs with opportunities for engagement, volunteering, learning and gathering with others. Parents/Caretakers are welcome to participate or to remain in proximity and allow our staff to support the adult.

This event will be at the City of Orlando Urban farm, a small fenced community garden. We will have four 15 minute activities within the farm (possibly harvesting or weeding, seeding or tilling. This is an outdoor event and will be cancelled if it is raining. Please bring sunscreen, a water bottle and a chair if you wish to take a break. Garden gloves are also a good option. CARD staff will facilitate this event. Due to the outdoor and “first time” status of this opportunity, we will keep it to one hour.
